Polar focuses on the development of residential real estate in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and central region, and on several prominent housing projects, such as:

• Holyland Park in Jerusalem construction and marketing of luxury apartments in a unique and highly-prestigious setting on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Thus far, significant numbers of units have been sold in consideration.
• Life Park in Herzeliya– construction and marketing of luxury apartments in one of Herzeliya's most prestigious neighborhoods.
• Poriah Junction, Tiberias– - construction of residential neighborhood, including single-family dwellings, apartments, and 21,000 square meters of commercial space.

Additionally, Polar is also active in the construction, promotion, and sales of vacation time sharing units across the country.

Industrial and commercial construction

Through significant holdings in Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC) ltd, considered to be Israel's flagship income-producing real estate and infrastructure development company, Polar Investments specializes in initiating development and construction of buildings for leasing and sale, which are designed for industry, office, high-tech and retail purposes, including "tailor-made" projects customized to the future tenant's needs.

Land enhancement

Polar owns over 18,000 dunams across Israel, and is active in enhancing the value of these properties by obtaining building rights.

Infrastructure

A key member of the Jerusalem Light Rail consortium, Polar holds over 27% in this initiative, which will initially comprise a 14 kilometer line, and eventually encompass 54 kilometers of modern rail transportation in the nation's capital - easing traffic and pollution, and significantly improving the public transportation infrastructure.
