The Managing Director of SFG, Yair Fudim is an experienced and versatile manager, and one of the most respected figures in the Israeli financial industry. Mr. Fudim held senior management positions in the Clal Group and Bank Leumi for 15 years before joining the SFG group in 1991. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Leader Holdings & Investments Ltd., a company specializing in investment in companies harboring strong business potential, and also providing underwriting services and brokerage services for institutional investors. Under Mr. Fudim's leadership, Leader underwrote roughly 150 public issues, and 35 private issues and securities distributions. Mr. Fudim holds an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and B.A. in Economics from Ben Gurion University.
