Israel Mor is one of the two Principals, a managing partner of the General Partner, and a shareholder and board member of Sphera GP. Israel was responsible for managing SFG's proprietary investment capital since 1996. Prior to joining SFG, he spent three years as a deputy manager of Dikla Funds, First International Bank's mutual funds division, where he was a senior manager in investing and structuring fund assets. Israel began his career in 1978 at Bank Leumi where he spent 12 years in various investment advisory positions.
